Working together as team means winning together as a team.

Fuck work seriously.I've been dragging myself to work everyday.

Is it so hard to get your co workers to work hand in hand with you?

To me,yes.

It's pretty hard to work with people who only bother about their own sales and not doing any other things.

 No,I'm not that kind of person who only bother about sales.

And yes,I agree that sales is very important but there are other things in the shop which are important as well!

If no one is going to pack the storeroom,how are you going to find the new pieces for your customers?

If no one is going to keep the shop neat and tidy,do you think that customers want to step in?

If no one is going to do the stocks,do you think you will have new items to sell on the selling floor?

If no one is going to hang all the clothes that customers had tried,do you think that you will have anything more to sell at the end of the day?

I may not have as much experience as them.

But at least I have the initiative to get all these small little things done!

And so,after the shop meeting we had today,I still don't think that there will be any improvement.

Yes,they might be a little different today. Did the things that they usually don't do.

But I just feel that,they did it unwillingly.

Maybe it's just me,I don't know.

I spend most of my time at work.

I would like to have a better environment to work.(I'm sure most of you want it too,unless you're the selfish one.)

 I hate dragging my feet to work everyday. It's like I'm being forced to do something that I do not like.

I know,this post may bring me alot of troubles at work.

But it depends on how you look at this post,it depends on your maturity.

I just want to let them know that their colleague here,which is me, is really tired of doing the things you guys have not been doing since the first day I have stepped in.

I don't know if you guys understand what I'm trying to say.As long as I understand myself that is all that matters.

I just need to rant somewhere.

And I think that here is the perfect place to do so.

Now that I'm done with the ranting,I hope tomorrow will be a better day at work.

Big fat sigh~~

 There are things that you can do it perfectly on your own,but there are times when you need someone to help you out and get things done. You simply can't be on your own,all the time.

Teamwork-  1.The cooperative work done by the team.  2. The ability to work efficiently as a team.






*On a lighter note: I'm glad that my manager had tried her best to get the team to work together. She have been a good manager so far. She always keeps me motivated and make sure that I'm okay. It's really nice to have a manager like her. :)
